"You've got a really great team there Paul. Thank you for your help..." Craig Quinnell, Cardiff
Here's what Andy from Bristol says.... Hi Paul, thank you for arranging my back to biking course, I had a really great day and very worth while. I really enjoyed been on a bike again particularly the 500. If you could thank Kevin for me as well that would be great as he was really helpful. Thanks again
Here's what Tom from Cardiff says... Thank you. I really enjoyed my time on the course and the help you gave for me to ride a bike from scratch. Special thanks to Phill Walsh for giving me confidence to ride on the road.
If there's any aspect of riding that you want to clear up in your mind, or to practice, we have the expertise to give you the right answers and to show you the right way......

Samantha Elms
No business is able to function well without the support of family and Paul's partner Sam has been an instrumental force in supporting Paul's ambitions to develop his rider training school. Sam and Paul love walking in the Lake District when they have time together. Sam is an accomplished musician and violinist although she works full time. Her hobby is her string quartet who play at weddings and parties in Bristol and Somerset along with helping out the Weston Youth Orchestra in Weston-super-Mare. The same orchestra that she started with when she was just 8 years old.

Brian is the former owner of Ace Instructor Services, one of Wales' most successful riding schools, now owned by In-Gear. He is also a former police intructor trainer for cars and bikes in South Wales Police Driving School. Brian and Paul are great friends and it is Brian in particular that Paul thanks for helping him to develop as a trainer. It must have been 'written in the stars' that Paul has now acquired Brian's rider training school Ace Instructor Service in Bridgend, South Wales. Brian also is an ADI (Cars), and a qualified instructor for CBT, Direct Access. He is also on the DSA Register of Post-Test Motorcycle Trainers. He is a RoSPA Examiner. He has too many other qualifications to list!
Gareth Morgan

Gareth is also CBT and Direct Access qualified along with being on the RPMT register as well as being qualified to teach advanced emergency services riding skills to police officers and others. Phew!
Philip Walsh
Philip is our newest member and turned to becoming a trainer having been made redundant in 2009. He is doing well and devoting every minute of every day to learning how to become a really good trainer. He is also taking a Health and Safety NEBosh Course along with becoming a qualified first-aider. Phil has been riding since he was young and recently bought his favourite bike the Triumph Speed triple. He has recently qualified as a down-trained CBT instructor and has been assessed by the Driving Standards Agency whilst running one of our CBT courses. He was marked with nearly all A's. Well done Phil!
Les Roach
Les doesn't mind being the elder statesman amongst the team! There is no substitute for experience. Les has been taking CBT courses for donkeys years and with a lifetime of riding experience behind him. Les is also qualified as a PCV, ADI and HGV instructor. Welcome aboard.
